Came from the Netherland to Minsk and visited this italian restaurant. At the Entrance you are welcomed very nicely and the first impression is very nice and everything look clean and taken care of. The food is very very good and from a high quality, buy far a restaurant who can say its in the top 3 italian restaurants in Minsk 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. I wil sertainly return to this restaurant and enjoy this food again.

Yesterday evening I enjoyed a delicious "Mediterranean" seafood soup. I recommend . Delicious and a large portion. I liked the service. You can feel the well-coordinated and friendly team.

A small and cozy restaurant serving proper Italian food. Our chicken fillet, green pea soup and lasagna were delicious. Not formal in style. Not particularly budget friendly. Must visit again.

Ristorante da Claudio in Minsk is a charming little gem that feels like stepping into a cozy Italian trattoria, albeit a compact one. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a delightful touch of traditional Italian charm. The menu is a solid homage to Italian classics, offering dishes that are both authentic and reasonably priced. The tomato soup was a comforting hug in a bowl, and the Carbonara? *Chef’s kiss*—Grazie, Chef Claudio! That said, the waiters, while clearly eager to please, could dial it back a notch. During lunch, when the restaurant was nearly empty, their constant pacing back and forth felt more like a cardio session than service. A little less hovering and a bit more subtlety would go a long way. Also, taking orders while looming directly in front of the table like the Spanish Inquisition isn’t exactly relaxing. A friendly smile and standing to the side would make the experience much more pleasant. On a fun note, Claudio himself—yes, the man behind the magic—looks surprisingly younger and more energetic than his portrait on the wall. Maybe it’s the Belarusian cold keeping him fresh, or perhaps he’s discovered the fountain of youth in a pot of simmering marinara. Either way, it’s a mystery worth pondering over a glass of Chianti. All in all, Ristorante da Claudio is a lovely spot for a taste of Italy in Minsk, with just a few quirks to iron out. Ciao! 🙌
